What is Home Watch?
Home watch is a regular, in-person check on your property while you're away — whether that's a few weeks, a season, or most of the year. It is not house sitting and it is not a security system. It's a trained set of eyes walking your home on a schedule. An empty house doesn't sit still. Air conditioning fails, humidity climbs, a slow leak spreads under a floor, a storm lifts a soffit. Nothing announces itself. By the time you're back, a small problem has had months to become an expensive one. On every visit we walk the full property inside and out, run water, check the HVAC, test doors and windows, and look for anything that's changed. Then you get a written report with photos — so you know exactly what we saw, the same day we saw it.
